Sensitivity is an important performance indicator of the force sensor. Of course other indicators are also important, but in our choice of sensors to be used, this indicator will directly affect the use. In fact, it means that the sensor is subject to the rated pull (if the full range is 100KG, its rated pull is 100KG) under the action of the excitation voltage (also called the input voltage) is 1v, it will have a 2mv pressure change at the two outputs. Of course, the actual work of the excitation voltage will be greater than 1v, generally 10v to 12v, the maximum excitation voltage is generally 15v. If a 100KG sensor, its sensitivity is 2 ± 0.002 (mv/v), its excitation voltage is 10v, then under the action of 100KG pull, the pressure change at the output is 2 * 10 = 20mv. When we choose the sensor, often three or four used in parallel, must require the sensitivity of each sensor to be the same in order to use at the same time. If not the same will make the whole scale inaccurate. Putting an item on the same scale in different places will show different weights. If we are replacing a damaged sensor, we need to find a sensor with the same sensitivity and range, and the other indicators can be ignored. As long as these two indicators are the same, without considering the stability, size and other premises, it is possible to use sensors from different manufacturers together.
