Advantages of column force sensor: compact structure, strong anti-overload ability, high natural frequency and fast dynamic response, convenient installation and low manufacturing cost. Because of the above advantages, the cylindrical force sensor is used more and more in the truck scale. In view of the poor anti-lateral and off-load capability of column force sensors, some company's product samples specially recommend the off-load Angle that "does not affect the measurement performance". The limit adopts the tension-type structure, which makes the carrier in the horizontal state basically in the non-moving state, while ensuring and not affecting the effect of vertical force. The bearing length of the truck scale is relatively large, and the limiting device is used to allow the bearing to have a certain displacement under the horizontal state, so that the column type force transducer may also shake. It is in this constant shaking that the cable is wound around the force sensor until it is pulled off. The third is the problem of partial load. Why is the segment difference (that is, partial load error) of the truck scale using the column force sensor relatively large? It is certainly related to the influence of "boundary conditions" brought by the processing of the carrier. But from the theoretical point of view, due to the influence of thermal expansion and cold contraction, the column force measuring sensor at both ends of the carrier produces a large inclination, which brings partial load component. The larger the weighing value, the greater the partial load error. At the same time, this component is also related to the height of the force sensor. The relative influence of the high height of the force sensor is smaller, and the relative influence of the low height is larger.
